Ventura Place is dedicated exclusively to Independent Living with supportive services**, focusing on how daily life truly unfolds. Senior apartment homes in Lubbock, TX, provide privacy and personal space, while residents may independently coordinate third-party services based on personal preference.

Three chef-prepared meals are served daily in a welcoming, restaurant-style dining room led by executive chefs. Game and card areas encourage easy conversation, lounges provide comfortable places to unwind, and a dedicated theatre supports shared entertainment in the evenings. A full-time lifestyle director helps keep days varied without creating pressure or rigid schedules.
